When others seem agitated with you, pause. Is this about you, or is this something else? Maybe it is an emotion that they are expressing about something that has nothing to do with you. Could it be an emotion/event that they are working through, and you happen to be present. If you can not see what you’ve done – don’t worry – it isn’t about you. You are just present.
Stay present, and let their attitude and behavior be about them.
