Good Enough

You don’t need anyone’s affection or approval to be good enough. When someone rejects or abandons or judges you, it isn’t actually about you. It’s about insecurities, limitations, and needs, and you don’t have to internalize that. Your worth isn’t contingent upon other people’s acceptance of you—it’s something inherent.” ~Danielle Koepke

You determine your worth. Don’t let others do this for you.

It’s okay if people don’t like you. People are different, and everyone doesn’t like the same thing, so why would you expect everyone to like you? Do you like everyone you’ve met? While I still sometimes struggle with wanting people to like me, I know what I’m good at, and I’ve learned to trust my abilities.

You don’t need to be someone you’re not to fit in.

Don’t be afraid of the unknown, or be too scared to move out of your comfort zone.

You are not your job. You are not your social standing. You are not your paycheck.

You are good enough.

YOU ARE ENOUGH.
